Arbitraging.co / Apexleverage.com – possible scam alert

We’ve been informed that Arbitraging.co (rebranded to Apexleverage.com) is most probably a scam operation.

Here’s the tip we got from our reader:

They have not allowed a withdrawal of Apex tokens since November 3rd and have done a token swap in September totally devaluing the investors accounts. The arbitraging bot was fake and the Debit cards never arrived that people paid for back in June. Support is not responding anymore and the Telegram group was muted and deleted. There is also a lawsuit in Washington state. Thank you.

The mentioned lawsuit is first mentioned in this article by The Block, and the case itself can be found on the website of the law firm Morrison Cohen.

The plaintiff is DOUGLAS FERRIE, and the defendants are

WOODFORD RESEARCH, LLC
HUBERT SENTERS
KAREN ARVIN

DPT INNOVATIONS, LLC
DAVID PETERSON a/k/a JEREMY ROUNSVILLE
HORIZON TRUST COMPANY, LLC
GREG HERLEAN

We’ll stay updated on the issue, meanwhile please avoid investing in any of these platforms.
